| Amendment to the validity period of grade awarded to Higher Education Institutions |

Description: Dated : November 7, 2008.
a) For those institutions which are in the 4th year of accreditation should submit LOI and RAR during the last quarter of the 5th Year.
b) The Executive Committee of NAAC resolved that those institutions which have completed five years or in the last quarter of the 5th year from the date of accreditation have to submit LOI and RAR within the six months of the expiry of accreditation period.
c) NAAC will endeavor to expedite the reaccreditation process to complete within six months after receiving RAR.
